Is there a callout charge?
If you want us to give you priority over other work and turn up on the day on which you call us, then you can expect to pay a callout charge. How much depends on how far you are away from us. Out of hours calls will also cost more. Please ask when you call.

Do all routine services cost the same?
No. An annual service on a single burner appliance such a s a Worcester, Boulter, Trianco or Firebird, for example will at present cost £55 + VAT. Appliances with two burners or those which involve more work such as some vaporising burners will cost a little more. Non-standard burners and appliances which are not serviced regularly or badly maintained appliances will cost more.
